ADAPT (version 5.0.066). The installation was modified to accommodate the updated version (version 2024.0) of Intel oneAPI Base and HPC Toolkits.
All ADAPT applications have been updated to allow options in the Model File to suppress display of differential equation initial conditions (ICs). This is particularly helpful for large PBPK and QSP models. Use of this option is illustrated in the newly added Library Model example PBPK.for (see added code in routine SYMBOL). The data and parameter files human.dat and human.prm are included in the Library Model Folder, which can be used to illustrate this option with the SIM application. All Library Models are located in the \Library folder in the ADAPT 5 installation directory (default location: C:\BMSR\ADAPT 5).
