5 includes all the capablities of ADAPT II Release 4. Since ADATP
II will run using some legacy Fortran compilers, it will continued to
be maintained by the BMSR to support users with these older compilers: Digital Fortran 5.0, Compaq Visual Fortran 6.0-6.5
